Only 6 of the original sperels remain at SacAnime. If you’ve been walking by, tempted to adopt one of these little guys, today is your last chance! Baby sperels will be on the table next time, but these ones will be all gone. Table AA69 is where you can find us.
We made it to the other side!
(Now we just have to make it back…. they really should have a little restaurant here….)
Catching up with Rufus, it appears that a grand adventure has recently occurred! If only all sperels were lucky enough to travel so far!
Alright, SDCC Saturday is here, so that means… NEW SPEREL PLUSHIE REVEAL!!!
These little sperels (~6” in height) are currently in the process of escaping the factory, and should be reaching us sometime in the early months of 2015. In prototype form, their eyes are made of paper, but the finalized sperels will have embroidered (and yes, purple) little sad eyes.
So what do you all think? Could they be any cuter?!?
The sperels really wish they were down in San Diego for Comic-Con right now. It’s always one of their most anticipated events due to all the cool new toys that get revealed there on the exhibit floor year after year.
Even though they can’t be there themselves to partake in all the fun, the sperels do have a fresh reveal of their own which they’ve been dying to share with everybody and, in the spirit of Comic-Con, they felt that this weekend would offer an appropriate opportunity to showcase their big surprise.
Check back either Saturday or Sunday to see the little guy above in all its glory - until then, you can admire its cute little butt. (Isn’t it just so cute!!??!!)
Can’t wait to play badminton!
A sperel discovers a new activity…
Contemplating its exotic discovery, this sperel wonders: If little things with wings can find their way into the factory, perhaps other things with wings can find their way out.
Yesterday I took Rufus on a trip to see Snoqualmie Falls.
Nathan opted to stay in the car. He probably didn’t want to get wet. (unlike my goofball Rufus)
Rufus, always making our sperels a bit jealous with his varied adventures.
